Outgoing campaigns

The follow-up call that always gets made.

Quotes go quiet, bookings go unconfirmed, lapsed customers drift, and the email survey gets ignored. Your clients know who to ring. Nobody has the afternoon to do it.

Calls go only to a list the business owns, inside the window on the clock of the person rung.

What the agent does

Rings the people the business already knows, and talks to them.

Not a recorded message. The agent holds a conversation, asks the client's own questions, and reads each answer for what it means.

Campaign calls

Rings a list the business owns and has a real conversation. It asks the business's own questions, reads each answer for meaning rather than matching words, and flags the hot leads as it goes.

Surveys

The same questions on every call, answered out loud instead of ignored in an inbox. Yes or no branches decide the next question, and a “put them through” question hands the call to a person.

Reminders

Confirmation calls run off the client's own booking system, a set number of hours before the appointment. Nobody is ever rung twice about one booking.

Overdue invoices

Reminder calls for past-due accounts in Xero or MYOB, with a note written back on the invoice so the office knows who was spoken to and what they said.

Call-backs

“Ring me another time” is honoured. People the agent misses get a text. A time can be booked on the call or by text, and an offer link texted mid-call.

Wellness checks

Daily or random-time calls to the people an aged-care group or a council looks after. If nobody answers, the nominated contacts are told.

How a campaign runs

From a list to a result, with nothing bought or guessed.

  1. Build the audience. From the pipeline, from tags, or a CSV upload checked row by row, with a report of what was refused and why.
  2. Write the questions. A card per question with yes or no branches, a “put them through” question, and a switch to text after repeated attempts.
  3. The agent rings as the business. Calls show the client's own number and use its knowledge base. “Is this a robot” gets a straight answer.
  4. Results write back. No answer gets a text, “not now” gets a later time, and the campaign moves the pipeline stage or sets tags.

The rules every campaign runs under

  • Calls go out between 8am and 10pm on the clock of the person being rung, campaigns stop at 8pm, and the business can narrow that window but not widen it.
  • Lists the business owns only. Never bought, scraped or harvested numbers.
  • Do-not-call is honoured forever, and a contact-rate cap stops anyone being rung too often.
  • Where the Australian Do Not Call Register applies, the campaign goes to a person before it runs.

What the business gets

Every answer on record, in the systems they already use.

The call is the easy part. The point is what is written down afterwards, and where.

  • A text and email summary of every call within seconds.
  • Each answer read for meaning and logged against the contact, with hot leads flagged.
  • The pipeline stage or tags updated, so the leads board reflects who said yes.
  • A note on the invoice in Xero or MYOB, and answers logged in HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Pipedrive.
  • A recording and transcript of each call if the client has switched them on. See call records.

Sold through partners

A campaign service you can package your own way

Outgoing calling is packaged however you package it: reminders sold with a bookings agent, overdue-account calls sold alongside the accounting work you already do. You set the price; Talkgate runs the platform, and the calls show the client's own number. Sell texting beside it for the people it misses, and see the partner programme.

Works with

Reads from and writes to the systems your clients run.

Every connection is built and run by the platform, straight to that system. See all integrations.

Next step

Hear a campaign call before you sell one.

A partner briefing walks through the campaign builder, the calling rules and what lands back in the client's systems.
